At Simoldes Plásticos Indústria Ltda., we value gender equality and salary transparency. In accordance with Law 14.611/2023, we released our Salary Transparency Report on 01/04/2024, reflecting our commitment to equality and transparency.
However, the methodology based on the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO) does not capture the individual nuances of our company and may not accurately represent our reality.
We recognise the authorities’ efforts to standardise data, but suggest revisions to the methodology for a more accurate assessment of gender pay equity. At Simoldes, we promote gender equality by implementing internal policies and supporting initiatives led by women. We maintain practices for an equal working environment and are open to collaborating with authorities in the search for more effective methods of evaluating equal pay.
