Simoldes Plastics @IZB 2022

From October 11 to 13 of 2022 the International Supplier Fair IZB took place again in Wolfsburg – the land of Volkswagen, where Simoldes Plastics was present.

The event was extremely positive for Simoldes with many interactions with customers, in particular from the VW Group. The Simoldes team was available to meet with engineers and buyers, to show them our products, our innovations… and also to introduce them to the Portuguese gastronomy!

The commercial discussions were enriching and full of positive energy – we could really feel a strong desire for physical interaction that has been missing in recent years and the willingness of customers to see the suppliers’ faces. Many innovations attracted the Volkswagen teams, including our cork-packed parts, our lighting technologies, and our new sodium-ion battery design.
