Job Description:
The candidate will be part of a team whose responsibility is to work together with the business areas to identify opportunities to improve processes and implement new features in order to enhance efficiency and operational excellence through use of digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the projects of the FI/CO and HR functional areas in IT
– Analyze and propose improvements to systems and processes
– Carry out the survey, analysis, implementation, maintenance and improvements of existing solutions in all Simoldes Plastics locations of the Simoldes Group
– Implement solutions that respond to the organization’s needs and allow for increased efficiency
– Articulate with the rest of the IT team in order to technically support the implementations
– Work with customers and suppliers on the solutions to be implemented
– Ensure the standardization of solutions in accordance with the rules and procedures of the IT department
– Ensure the success of projects
Requirements / Qualifications:
Higher education in management informatics, systems engineering or equivalent;
Must have strong knowledge of spoken and written English;
Solid knowledge and consolidated experience of accounting and financial processes in SAP;
Solid knowledge and consolidated experience of people management processes in SAP SuccessFactors;
Ability to dialogue with the functional areas and with the technical areas;
Analysis capacity and critical spirit;
Ability to map and document business processes;
You must have a high sense of organization and autonomy, be methodical, disciplined and able to plan in detail the activities necessary for the successful completion of the projects under your responsibility:
Ability to streamline and coordinate people and manage change;
High resilience and resistance to stress;
Availability to travel;
Preferred requirements:
Experience in the Automotive Industry
Experience in large-scale and complex digital projects
