Development Process

SPPS

Our Project Management System allows us to control the evolution of projects and assure that the Planning, Quality and Cost objectives that we commit to our clients are accomplished.

 

SPPS is structured in 5 phases:

Quotation phase: Based on the client’s specifications the most competitive scenario with the highest added value is designed, calculated and presented to our clients.

Development phase: After the nomination of our clients, we start the process of Product Development and the production process. In this phase we specify all the means of serial production (injection moulds, assembly means, control gauges).

Execution phase: Phase of the execution of the serial production tools and production of the first parts. In this phase the production of injection moulds is carried out in close collaboration with Simoldes tooling taking advantage of all the synergies both in terms of know-how and quality and in terms of production capacity.

Process validation phase: After the completion of all the production means we proceed to the Process Validation together with the Series Production Tools.

Production start: The production starts in the factory defined for the serial production of the parts.
