Simoldes Tool Division
is a group of 10 Production Units and 5 Advanced
Costumer Service offices.
The Sales and marketing structure is centered
in the 4 main companies: Simoldes Aços,
MDA, IMA and Simoldes Aços Brasil.
Today 1127 people make part of this universe.
In Oliveira de Azeméis within a 1km
range, it is possible to make at the same
time any and all types of moulds for the automotive
industry.

Simoldes Group (SG) is currently considered the largest manufacturer of molds in Europe.
Over half a century the Group has contributed predominantly to the current position of the sector,
globalizing its market, strengthening and dignifying internationally the image of the Portuguese industry through technological development, the correct production planning and quality control,the investment in vocational training and the increment of external demand.
